The study was conducted by researchers from Golisano Children's Hospital at the University of Rochester Medical Center and evaluated fourteen children who were put a gluten-free, casein-free diet for at least four weeks. The children were evaluated for changes in attention, sleep, stool patterns and characteristic autistic behavior. The researchers found no significant changes int he children with the change in diet.
