This is a great article for people on a gluten-free diet who are looking for healthy, wholesome grains that are an alternative to wheat. Luckily there are some excellent options out there that are not only nutritious but tasty as well.
Some favorites are millet, amaranth, black rice, buckwheat, and of course quinoa.
What are your favorite gluten-free grains and how do you like to cook with them?
I'm glad this product is gluten free as I have CD. However, you have soy sauce listed as an ingredient, we all think of soy sauce as big "no no". Can you explain? Thanks, Denise
