San Angelo Mom, Joan Smith, says on she and her daughter cutting out gluten: "It's pretty black and white to me, not just for my daughter, but for myself as well," she said. "I just feel better, and I'm calmer and more organized."
Smith has gone as far as to organize events and dinners for others eating gluten-free in the community, utilizing on the support group.
