In Hopes of Alerting FDA, Group to Bake Largest Gluten-Free Cake Ever

Everyone loves cake, but have you ever thought about what the largest gluten-free cake on earth would look like? Well, we're all about to find out. Why you ask? 

The Food and Drug Administration has failed to take action on determining a gluten-free food and drug labeling standard. For the millions of Americans living with Celiac disease or gluten intolerance, this is terrible news. 

So what better way to kick off May as Celiac Disease Awareness month than to bake the world's largest gluten-free cake in an effort to draw attention to the problem?
